Vintage Clothes Rack

The Young Designers Markets are on again this Sunday at Brisbane's Southbank. I have always felt that these are THE markets in town to find the best of local talent AND they are now a monthly event which I am especially excited about.

A few weeks ago, I scored this vintage clothing drying rack or whatever this is (does somebody know?)

I tried it out today as a display stand for my hand-printed linen and hemp tea-towels. What do you think?

Look out for the Thea & Sami stand if you are visiting and please say hello. On offer will be craft packs, fabrics, homewares and some organic clothing.

Oh and we have now added a currency converter to our on-line shopping
store to make things easier for our international buyers. Keep checking as we are adding new products weekly.

Will I see you at the Young Designers Markets?

Your linen and tea towels look great on the clothes rack. It fits in well with the Thea & Sami natural, organic products. Nice find.

What a great idea. It looks ideal for displaying your tea towels.

I'll have to try to get to the markets soon and will look out for your display :)

LOL my mom would go crazy to know that something she still owns is called vintage.. :) I am doing a vintage sheet swap and was telling her that some of the sheets she has would be great for it... she almost cried. :)

That is a beautiful clothes drying rack for displaying your work. However it is not the best style rack for actually drying a load of laundry. I found a round style at www.bestdryingrack.com that is great for drying clothes.
