When I don't feel like going to my Pilates class (twice a week), I think of 100-year-old Ruth. Thanks Ruth, you inspire me!
Ruth says, "I wear lipstick, even when I have to go to the hospital. You never know who you are going to meet".

We could all take a leaf out of Ruth's book!
I have an aunt who turns 101 this year and she always wears red lipstick and powders her face. She dresses up to go into town on the bus and flirts outrageously with the bus driver! She lives life like someone decades younger...
There are a few amazing older ladies around aren't there?
