Delegating is Good

Many of us in small business try to do everything ourselves and don't feel comfortable delegating. I've often been guilty of that myself.

However, I think I may just become addicted to this delegation business after Katrina Chambers of The Media Maid redesigned my blog. Do you like it?


And with the chaos and stress of my personal life lately, I would never have conceived such an elegant design for our new Wedding Events promotional cards.

The design work is by Shannon Morton Art Direction & Design. I've really enjoyed working with both Katrina and Shannon and couldn't be happier with the results.

Wedding Expo

Today, I officially booked one of the last stands available at the Queensland Brides Wedding Expo that is on at the Brisbane Convention Centre from March 28 - April 1.

It was a last minute decision to go full-steam ahead with my idea of providing custom-printed linen napkins for weddings and other special events.

Along with our new ceramic napkin rings (see more on previous post), I think they would make beautiful take-home wedding favours or gifts for guests. I'm also thrilled that both of these all-natural products are ideal for those of you who want to have a Green Wedding.

Thus, we will be printing pretty new colours this week and making up samples of new design options such as Monogrammed napkins. Please contact me if you wish to discuss any of your own ideas. We will be offering discounts for large orders.
