We have been printing and cutting like crazy this last month and sending bits and pieces to our machinist get our fashions samples ready for showing. Australian buyers look at the next Spring/Summer collection at anytime between February and May.
This is one of my new fabric designs. The pink side is the first test screen-print on calico and I have then lined up the film positive next to it. This enables me to work out the distance that I need to put the stops across the printing table. "Stops" (see photo below) hold the screens in the right place across the registration bar (green metal bar below) when screen-printing fabrics.
