Fabric Postcards

I'm loving this fabric postcard that I received in the mail yesterday. Creator Linda Robertus was hosting a blog giveaway and I was lucky enough to be the winner. Thanks Linda!

Isn't it beautiful? The screen-printed image depicts the canal houses of Amsterdam.

You can write on the back and send it just as you would any postcard. Although I like mine too much to part with it and will probably frame it to hang onto my office wall.

Another lovely and clever idea are these fabric gift cards - can you guess that Linda is Dutch?

The clever part are the chalk fabric backs that can be written on with chalk and reused by the recipient. You've got to love anything that can be recycled and passed on.

Linda has just opened a MadeIt shop so please visit Blue Jacaranda to see these and other goodies. She is an avid quilter too so you may like to also visit her blog.
