Patchy Thinking

I have too many ideas and I want to do too much so I'm not nearly as productive as you may think.

Today, I really should have been working on my new fabric design but got distracted by playing around with patch working for a personal project.

I just had to see what it looked like draped over my chair again (see previous post). I'm liking this look. What do you think?

The fabrics used are the Marguerite in Dusty Pink linen and the French Stripes in Sage Green. I think that I'm obsessed with chairs lately because my Upholstery class is now less than 2 weeks away and I still haven't decided what fabric I'll be using.

The Marguerite dusty pink linen is the same linen that we printed for the lovely chair Flourish and Blume upholstered here.

The F&B girls are such an inspiration and now have a Facebook page. Go like them and like
Thea & Sami too :)

Oohhh... I love that combo! And I must say, I'm quite jealous of you doing an upholstery class, I'd love to take one of those one of these days...

Where's a fairy godmother when you need one?! Wish I could magic my ideas into things in an instant! Love the patchwork. x

I think it complements the chair nicely!

Looks gorgeous! and upholstery course seems like a great idea too. I know just what you mean about too many ideas... especially when they come at once... can be pesky little buggers! Michelle xx
