We did stop at Richmond, a pretty historic village only 25 minutes drive from Hobart. The image above is Richmond Bridge, Australia's oldest surviving bridge and is still in use (we drove over it). It was built by convicts in 1823. That's old for this country!

For those of you who do know how to relax, I hope you have all enjoyed your weekends. x

Your pictures are dreamy Thea! What a gorgeous place to rest! I know what you mean about getting that bit of R&R and wanting to get busy again.... that is very familiar! X
Glad you're enjoying Tas. It's a bit gorgeous. When you get a chance, try Evandale.
Tassie is on my 'to do' list one day. It always looks so green, beautiful and full of creative stores for handmade food and bespoke items. Glad you've had some quality R&R.
Glad you got to relax Thea, and what better place to do it in. We went to Tassie for our honeymoon and it is my favourite place. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Did you see all the ducks at Richmond? They were EVERYWHERE when we were there! We found it hard to drive out! Gorgeous place, and gorgeous people :)
Thankyou for your lovely comments about my new bundle of joy. Have a lovely week xx
I love that bridge (and most all bridges) but that one is beautiful.
