Professional Help Needed

I'm taking control of my life and joined Weight Watchers yesterday. I lost a lot of weight with them 8 years ago but unfortunately, with no exercise schedule and an older metabolism, a lot of it has crept back over the last 5 years. I needed professional help!

These are all my tools for success. Weight Watchers have a sensible programme that works and I really like that I don't have to go to group meetings but will be having one-on-one consultations with them weekly. I'm doing so at their Lifestyle Centre in Myer at Carindale Shopping Centre, close to where I live.

You can search for meetings/locations by postcode on their website.
So now you know that you will be seeing less of me in the near future.

Good luck. When I did weight watchers years ago I said that it stood for walking and water. Those 2 things did it for me.

PS - to add this comment I have to type in a word verification and one of the words is eat. How funny

You go girl!! It's the muscle tone that annoys me, where does it go?? I'm a Tony Ferguson & Fernwood girl, it works, it just has to be the forefront of your mind, fibre & protein is our friend, carbs are not. Love Posie

Thanks ladies. The reason I prefer WW to other programmes (not diets) is that they don't limit any food groups. You can still have carbs but not as many. x
