Gratitude

Today I am grateful for so many reasons.

I'm grateful that Voyt, my husband, was found by a kind passerby in Bowen Hills on Tuesday morning, unconscious after being missing all of Monday night. The Police, following procedures, would not look for him that night even though I frantically insisted that he was an ill man and would have come home or called me if he was able.

I'm grateful that we have been given more time together after Voyt finally awoke from a 40 hour coma yesterday. It was a very stressful and uncertain time for me. He is speaking now but needs further care.

I'm grateful for my darling daughter Elessa and dearest friend Lisa; they were both my rocks of support until Voyt was found and until he woke up.

I'm grateful for all of the kind thoughts and prayers yesterday from so many of you who already knew the situation from my Facebook Page.

I'm grateful that I was able to find a little peace and to finally sleep last night. Treasure the time you have with your loved ones.

Hi Thea, I'm very behind in my blog reading obviously! I'm sorry you went through this stressful time. Poor Voyt too, I hope he is doing well now? Hope everything else is going well for you. I'm living in baby-town right now and don't really get much time to do anything much!! But Willow is amazing so all worth it. Miss you. x Julie
