Short or Long?

Thea & Sami linen table runners are now available in a new shorter length - 140 cm (55 inches).

Of course, for some, short just won't do so we will still offer you our longer 180 cm (70 inches) runners.


This is our new Dotty about Roses runner with matching placemats. Styling by Olive and Joy. You may order other runners here and select your preferred length from drop-down menus.

The big kid is no longer allowed to use You Tube without supervision. It's been painful trying to visit your blogs and waiting for images to upload. I can't wait to catch up with you all.

Thank You Madison & Blog Followers!

Last week, another high school student spent some time doing hands-on work experience in our studio.

Madison was such delightful company and very eager to learn as much as possible during her short stay. On her last day, I let her choose some screens to play with.

She printed two of my old t-shirt designs. Pretty good, hey?

And chances are that if you buy one of our white Butterfly tea-towels, it was also printed by Madison. You can have a job with Thea & Sami anytime Madison!

And yes, I still have to post images from our printing workshop last Saturday. That will have to wait until tomorrow as I really should keep working on my new fabric designs but I did want to post the Blog Giveaway I promised you. This is in celebration of 500 wonderful blog followers. Yay!

Never Enough Hours

Why are there never enough hours in my day? I've been working day and night yet I'm still not ready for Life Instyle.

The wholesale order & price sheets have taken me forever to do but I'm almost done. Of course, I won't be having a day off until next weekend now but that's small business for you.

I was surprised to discover that we have 70 products available for ordering and this is not counting our fabrics. Allow me to present a couple new lines: our Hydrangea linen placemats available here and Butterflies here.

The photos were taken on my back deck. I particularly like the cedar wall that you can see in the background.
