To celebrate World Pinhold Day (who knew?) Myrtle Street Studio is hosting a Pinhole Photography Competition with entries to be exhibited at their Grange gallery, here in Brisbane, in April.
Myrtle Street Studio is owned and operated by my friend Jay Dee Dearness who you may remember from our little project here.
Admittedly, pinhole photography is not something I'm too familiar with but I did a little research and learnt that it is a method of capturing images using a simple light-tight box with a single pinhole in one end - all done without lens. To educate yourself further on the subject, visit Pinhole Photography.

Brisbane designer KT Doyle will be exhibiting at Myrtle Street Studio during the next week. See details over at KT's blog.
Today we are setting up at least one of our printing tables and I'm very nervous. Fingers crossed that all goes well. There are constant challenges. The new skylights that were installed have already been leaking and need to be rectified. If it doesn't rain, it pours!
