Melbourne: Just for Fun

Hello friends. I am so, so, so tired but in a good way. It's been a great week here in Melbourne for me with the inclusion of a fabulous dinner last night at Cafe Cavallino on Lygon Street with local bag designer Lyssy May. And today was just a fun day spent with my girl Elessa.

Our day started with a hearty breakfast at the Richmond Hill Cafe and Larder where you can also enrol in a cheese and wine matching class. Brekkie was followed by a visit to the Melbourne Aquarium. Elessa is fascinated by sharks but I just fell in love with the adorable penguins.

The afternoon was spent at the movies watching Bad Teacher which was no oscar winner but good for a laugh. Home for a nanna nap for both of us and then my girl made the most delicious quesadillas for dinner. I was quite impressed.

I'm back home tomorrow and will be sharing pics from my visit at Design:Made:Trade with you then. You have until 5.00 pm on Sunday to visit and I think it's definitely worthwhile. I'm quite inspired to do new things.

It's always great to get out of your square - but so good to get home! Good to see you've re-charged your batteries Thea!
