Getting Back to Normal

The man is safely home now and I can't thank everyone enough for their love and support during the worst week of my life!

Today is not very exciting but I'm happy with a little duller sense of normalcy again. The studio assistant / daughter is sanding vintage chairs in preparation for our upcoming Wedding Expo and I'm catching up with admin duties.

For our Adelaide fans, Thea & Sami will still have a stand at the Bowerbird Bazaar this weekend but sadly, we won't be there in person. There will be a limited range of our hand-printed fabrics and homewares on offer.

Our good friend Emma from Red Revival will have the stand next to ours and will be helping out along with staff that the lovely organisers are arranging for us. So please visit Stands 69 & 70 and support us!

Since we will be in Brisbane, our Studio Shop will be open as normal this Friday. I would love to see you.

The Countdown is On

Tick Tock... time is flying but after a productive day of screen-printing new fabrics today, we're back on track for our Life Instyle Sydney trade show - now only 4 weeks away! It's amazing how much you can get done when you're headache free!

How fabulous is Red Revival's Doily Clock created by the talented Emma Gascoyne? You can see it at the Thea & Sami stand as we will be representing and showcasing new Red Revival designs as well as our own.

I love Life Instyle's campaign for this show. If you want to have a behind-the-scenes peek of this photo shoot, you can do so here.

If you plan to attend Life Instyle, you will need to register as a buyer. Don't forget to visit the Thea & Sami stand - you will find Emma and Thea (moi) at Stand 78. No cold and windy dungeons this time and we booked a nice hotel within walking distance so that we wouldn't have to rely on cabs or public transport.

I just hope that the man is out of hospital in time to look after the baby.
Will we see you at the show?

Peacock Portrait

Doesn't my boy look handsome?

The laser-cut frame is another creation from talented designer Emma Gascoyne and utilises sustainable Queensland Maple. You can buy the Peacock Baroque Frame Pendant over at Red Revival.

Peacock Party fabric printed in burnt orange on hemp/organic cotton over at Thea & Sami.
